Throughout 2013, International Team Consulting has acted as the Department for this group of subcontractors. Targets were surpassed and great steps were taken to consolidate their presence in the French market.
Concrete results were the large number of new accounts and the very high level of first and repeat orders that were signed. All this stemmed from a detailed analysis of market conditions, together with the daily tasks of promotion and account management expertly carried out by our native French internal team. In this particular project, International Team Consulting made contactdirectly with end-users rather than going through sales agents. We were targeting firms using machined or hot-stamped valves and fittings in the HVAC, medical, fire control, electronic and special vehicles industries.
