One of the key factors that impacts positively on your bottom line is a solid customer sales management policy. Over a period of 4 months worked with a Galician company advising them on revamping their sales. With more than 20 years experience in the market, this building quality control and consultant company needed to increase sales by adopting a new approach to the market and overhauling their commercial policies.
The project, within the framework of the RE-Acciona programme, consisted in rationalising sales visits to current clients, ex-clients and new prospects and creating an approved approach to these visits. A uniform sales pitch was worked out and bench marks set so that performance could be gauged.
The RE-Acciona programme is a service provided by the Galician Institute of Economic Development (IGAPE in its Galician initials) which was set up to improve the competivity of Galician SMEs within the framework of which International Team Consulting is responsible for Commercial Renewal.
