ITC advised a prestigious Galician technological foundation on the sales development of one of the latest products to come out of their R&D&I department.
The challenge for ITC was to develop the correct sales strategy for a very specialised product: a universal connector for sensoric applications.
An exhaustive analysis of the product led ITC to identify where the added value lay, this we did not by concentrating on the technology itself, but rather the specific advantages that potential clients would obtain by using this technological development. From this starting point and careful analysis of similar products on the market, we identified the potential market and came up with a ”winning” message. ITC is currently working on the international expansion of the client.
