Both CECOT and International Team Consulting who created the programme, are very pleased with the results to date and will continue to offer this programme. The service has attained this high degree of success as it combines high quality advice coupled with practical tools to open up or consolidate existing channels in the French market.
France à la Carte: Over the period of one year, the participating firms take part in seminars and training sessions, receive individual coaching and benefit from proactive commercial work in the field.
In addition to creating the programme, International Team Consulting is responsible for managing the programme and, as such, carries out the following tasks:
Market Research and Sales Activity: using corporate literature in French sales calls to new or existing clients, the search for agents or distributors in France, preparation of business trips and scheduling visits and the subsequent follow-up.
On-site Support: recruitment and supervision of native French speaking junior consultants, assessment in and resolution of commercial matters in France, follow-up, revision and analysis of progress and achievements in the market.
Training: specific to those issues which have been identified during pre-programme meetings and which cover a very wide range of topics inherent to the preparation of business trips, evaluation of candidates, preparation of offers and negotiating positions, etc.
