Alimentaria is renowned for its promotion of ground-breaking firms and has ratified this reputation by supporting producers of spearheading products such as meatless cold-cuts, algae-based pastries, pea-based snacks, energy gum and bio-vermouths.

ITC organised 215 B2B Meetings at SEAFOOD Southern Europe

International Team Consulting organised meetings between fish processors and canners, fisheries, laboratories, fish wholesalers and manufacturers of machinery for the fishing industry with potential overseas buyers.

26 exhibitors signed up for the Matchmaking Service organised by International Team Consulting for the SEAFOOD and ALIMENTARIA Exhibitions in Barcelona. In just 2 and a half days the service to arrange B2B meetings managed to set up a total of 215 meetings between members of the fishing industry and buyers, distributors, wholesalers, importers and exporters from over 75 countries.

The aim of the service was to gather together buyers with their current suppliers, find new produce and meet with new professionals from the industry. Companies such as EUROMADI, El Corte Inglés, Intermarché, distributors and importers met up with exhibitors from Spain, France, Ecuador, Denmark and other countries.
