Thanks to International Team Consulting (ITC), an important Galician Wine Cellar is obtaining excellent results in the United States.

International Team Consulting (Galicia) is offering sales advice within the framework of “RE-Acciona” and has achieved great success for a prestigious Galician wine producing cooperative. The main objective was to enter and consolidate the North American market.

 Over a period of 4 months, the project comprised an analysis of the company and the consequent drawing up of an IPP (International Promotional Plan) centred on USA. This plan included products, brands, prices, conditions, promotional campaigns and entry strategies. The project resulted in a new brand of wine designed specifically for the North-American market.

The Cooperative is currently negotiating with leading supermarket chains and distributors and has already closed deals with several importers.

The RE-ACCIONA Programme is a service offered by The Galician Institute for Economic Advancement (IGAPE in its Galician initials) with the aim of making Galician SMEs more competitive. International Team Consulting carries out the Sales Re-launch Service.
